My name is Haley, I am an American citizen currently living in Canberra (Franklin) seeking full time work. I moved to Australia in March, from Phuket, Thailand where I lived for the past four and a half years! I moved overseas to work as a kindergarten teacher at a British International School where I taught 2-6 year old children. I have extensive experience in working with children, including childcare. I graduated with a 4 year degree in bachelors of science, with a focus in public health. Throughout high school and university I have had the privilege of working as a professional live in nanny to a 2 month old little girl, worked as a camp counselor (art instructor), mentored children of all ages at the Boys and Girls Club, as well as working as a child and adolescent treatment specialist at an inpatient facility. I have also lived short term in New Delhi, India, where I did an internship with an institute called MAMTA, which advocates for mothers and children. I carry a WWVP check as well as first aid/CPR.
