Hello there, My name is Grace, I'm 20 yrs old and have recently moved from Toowoomba to Brisbane. I have been a disability support worker for the past 2 years and for the past 6 months I have cared for children with disabilities from as young as 4 yrs old to 17yrs old. I have a blue and yellow card, as well as a current CPR and first aid certificate. On top of professional experience I have many years of personal experience babysitting for friends and family. I have completed these tasks professionally and personally: Hygiene - Baths/showers, changing nappies/toilet training, and helping with getting ready for the day or bed (brushing hair, teeth and getting dressed). Mealtimes - Grocery shopping, packing + making breakfast, lunch and dinner. Transport - Walking/driving kids to school and back, driving kids to dr appointments, soccer practice, swimming lessons, etc. Fun - Spending the whole day with kids, swimming in a pool, colouring in/ crafts, park, indoor playgrounds.
