I have a wide range of experience working with all age groups at various childcare centers in Australia as well as in my country, South Korea over the past 5 years. I also have knowledge of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework and early childhood development and keep studying in this field. Above all, I truly enjoy working with children and I believe each child has the potential and abilities to explore and learn the world in their own ways so that my role as an educator or carer should be a provider of safe and enrich environments for their learning.
