I'm Emma, 29 from Wales. I’m a qualified teacher, with over 7 years experience working in schools. I arrived in Sydney in Feb and started as an au pair in North Bondi (also currently a casual babysitter for a 6-month old and 14-month old). I was a PE teacher and Head of Year with the main responsibility being the safety and happiness of over 200 students. I have worked with children in dance for over 10 years, teaching ‘Baby Steps’ classes, private lessons for couples aged 6-11 and summer camp for all ages. With family experience, I helped take care of my younger sister from newborn through to teenage years since the age of 15. I have a strong relationship with my nephew (4), who I babysat overnight and/or over the weekend regularly during the first three years of his life. With both I took on all duties including bathing, changing, feeding, playing, nap and bed time routines. I'm caring, trustworthy and experienced, and I am confident taking care of children of any age. I hold a full drivers licence, WWCC, updated UK DBS check and first aid certificate. Reference available from current au pair family who I work for before and after school Mon-Fri. I am available during daytimes from 9am-2/3pm, evenings from 7pm and most weekends.
