Hi my name is Emily, In the past year I have been working in a variety of settings from bush camps, NDIS support, home-schooling and personal childcare. Prior to this I was working as an Education Support Worker at Gisborne Montessori with children with special needs. I am currently looking for work within the industry of childcare. I have 10 years plus of experience babysitting and working in schools as an Education Support Worker. I have a current Working with Children Check, Drivers Licence, Police Check and update to date references from families and schools I have worked with. Cert 4 in Youth Work/Education Support and an Assosiate Teachers degree. My personal hobbies include drumming, hiking, kayaking, gardening, woodwork and bike riding. I aspire to create inclusive, safe, harmonious environments in which children feel safe to develop and explore. Encouraging all children’s unique capabilities, acting as a supportive guide when required to allow individual protentional to be fully reached. I am really looking forward to working with more families.
