Hi there! I’m Ella. I recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from RMIT, and I have been caring for children for over 1 1/2 years as a part-time nanny and disability support care worker. I have vast experience working with children, ranging from infants, and toddlers to primary school-aged children. I truly love working with kids, with each child having individual needs that I am equipped to cater towards. Seeing kids grow and learn is something I really value as a care worker. Through my experience, I have advanced skills in responsibility, communication and enthusiasm as well as safety and emergency skills. I have a current Working with Children's Check, as well as Police clearance. I am trained and certified in first aid, CPR and fire safety, and have my licence and own car.
