Hello! My name is Eleanor and I’m currently obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching. I have over 10 years of experience in nannying, tutoring, and teaching children from newborn babies to 12 year old kids. I’ve developed extensive experience with newborn babies and children with special needs through my time volunteering in South Africa where I was an infant caregiver for newborns and a teacher assistant for a disability-focused classroom. I am also certified in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) and have experience in teaching English to children between the ages of 3-12. Having decided to pursue further studies in early childhood education, I found the idea of babysitting/nannying appealing as it provides an excellent opportunity to gain additional exposure to children and broaden my professional network.
