Providing Before & After school care as well as vacation care for school aged children aged 5-12 years I believe that all children should have the ability to shine in whichever way they feel most comfortable,whether it be through craft,sports,imaginative play or creative expression. Children will be welcomed into a safe environment with a structured routine which also allows them to be individuals. I believe that children have the right to be heard and respected.The best way to teach a child respect is to show respect
