As a mum of now school aged twins, I am finding that I have more care to give than hours that care is needed for, and I wanted to offer my experience to parents who need a little help. I have my working with children check, national police check and first aid cert, including CPR certification. I started baby-sitting at the age of 10, with young siblings, and it's given me more than 30 years experience looking after children. Everything needed for looking after your child is almost certainly in my toolbox, homework help, ensuring well balanced (or occasional treat-day) lunch, reading, toileting, and routines, I have the lived experience to care for your child, your way. I have cared for families of up to 6, and provided event care for up to 14 children at once. I have an entire arsenal of activities and challenges for all ages, to help them think, respect themselves and others, and have fun challenging their minds, bodies and attitudes. One of my own children has diagnosed disabilities, which has been an enormous learning curve for me and I find that there is very little now that I'm not prepared for, or prepared to learn about, through this ongoing journey of life.
