I am a professional PA to the founder of a large national company. Part of my role is caring for his 3 energetic, primary aged children 2-3 days a week, along with during the school holidays and weekends. This includes organising morning routines to get them out the door and to school, coordinating afternoon activities and entertaining and caring for on non-school days. I also babysit regularly for other friends of friends etc.
