Hi There! Thank you for your interest in my profile! My name is Brittany and I absolutely love working with kids and young people! I have been working with young people and children for over 8 years in a professional environment. In this time I have worked as a youth worker, child carer, sport coach and as a baby sitter also. Working in these roles I was able to gain experience with children of all abilities and personalities! I have also worked for over 3 years in After School Care, Before School Care and Vacation Care. Through this role I acquired many skills to programming and planning a fun, educational and adventurous day and planning healthy and fun meals and snacks. I have a large amount of experience in supervising various activities such as swimming, skating, craft, games and everyday activities. I hold a full First Aide certificate which includes anaphylaxis, asthma and CPR qualifications. Along with this I hold a Mental Health First Aide certificate and also a certificate in supervising child care centres and programs. I have previously worked with all behaviours and needs of children and young people including special needs and behaviour disorders. I would love to hear from you!
