Hi there, I am Ana and I recently stood down from my Senior Travel Agent position with the Flight Centre Travel Group. I've worked as a full time nanny for 2.5 years before starting my career path in the Tourism Industry, looking after 2 little boys and also worked as a baby-sitter countless times for kids of manly different ages. Throughout my career over the past 15 years I have demonstrated proven expertise in positively dealing with people’s questions and complaints, giving information and educating customers about services, products and activities.
