Hi families! My name is Abbie I am from Manchester in the UK. I have been living in Sydney for 10 months working as a nanny for a baby who was when I first arrived 2.5 months old but is now 1! I plan to stay in Sydney long term and am looking for a family to work with for 1-3 days Monday to Wednesday, I also have weekend availability. I have a childcare level 3 qualification which I studied full time for 2 years learning all about children’s learning, development and play. I also have a speech and language therapy degree. I have completed 750 hours of placement with children aged 0-7 as well as Speech therapy placements with children of all ages. I am currently working Thursday and Friday in Gordon as a children’s speech pathologist, this job consists of working with children ages 1-15 and lots of my work is homework style maths and comprehension to help children to catch up to their peers. I also love dogs so huge bonus if you have a fur baby!!!
