I do have experience back to my home country not here in Australia.I don’t think I need experience to support older people in their activities all I need is good heart and honesty.And I do have learning capacity to gain knowledge and skills to employ during their support.I have been grown up in such culture where elder people are treated as God and supporting them are blessings so person with such heart will never disappoint in any professional scenario to support those people.
