I did 120 hours placement at ACH group vita,Where l was responsible for helping residents and performed tasks such as providing support to aged residents, maintaining occupation health and safety following the guidelines established by the facility, transportation of residents via bed or wheelchairs, feeding, bathing, grooming, dressing or undressing residents, observation& monitoring,assist with toileting etc.
