I am a 19-year-old female with a deep passion for caring for the elderly. Over the past nine months, I have had the privilege of working as in-care staff in aged care here in Australia. Before coming to Australia, I spent one and a half months working in an aged care facility in India, where I was exposed to diverse caregiving experiences. My journey in healthcare aligns with my commitment to personal and professional growth. Currently, I am in my first year of nursing studies, and this academic foundation allows me to blend theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience, providing a holistic approach to care. My experiences have strengthened my empathy, patience, and understanding when it comes to supporting the elderly. I believe that every individual deserves to age with dignity, respect, and the best possible care, and I'm dedicated to making that belief a reality.
