In my previous 7 weeks placement, I performed variety of task such as grooming, dressing, bathing, mobility, transferring, feeding and ambulation. I am well versed in meal serving, housekeeping, laundry and medication reminders. I am efficient in communicating with patient and able to give them comfort when needed. I’m physically fit enough to move patients when necessary. I’m well versed in taking vitals and keeping charts up to date with clear and I know the relevant cues to be reported to the nurse or doctor just like in my placement, I was able to prompt RN the signs of hypoglycemic episode of the patient I was assigned with that is why, together with the RN, we were able to confirm it through BGL reading and manage it immediately. In my personal level, I am trustworthy and dependable individual who take great satisfaction in caring for people. I am compassionate, dedicated, hardworking and able to take challenges to make them successful. I am also flexible kind who can easily get along with anyone. Lastly, I am a lively team player who works well with co-workers.
