I worked with Blakehurst Aged Care for couple of months since my placement of Cert III and where I got an opportunity to work with residents who were suffering from dementia and other physical disabilities. I got opportunity get knowledge about importance of fall prevention equipment like: wheel chair, body lifter, sensor mat, emergency buzzer etc. During the course I also had First Aid and CPR training. As well as I got opportunity to take personal care and emotional care of residents. Likewise, I worked Outsourced since 2016 as housekeeping supervisor. I was responsible for checking rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness, lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed, give Regular Reports to Senior Management like PM handover report regarding DND, employee productivity tracker report, Room count, Break down report.
