Hi my name is Narelle and i have worked in a nursing care home for 6 years now and have h many roles due to the trust my heads of department have had in my ability to do my work with perfection and respect to the elderly . From a carer to therapy to physio to training staff in Dementia care i am a strong believer in quality care and taking time to get to know each person and there lifes story , respect and dignity and above all compassion we need to have more of that as we get older and need to rely on others for help with even the little things that become difficult .
