Hi all! My name is Laura I am a 27 year old registered nurse from Ireland. I have 4.5 years experience as working as a nurse in general medical and surgery wards throughout Ireland and Melbourne. I also have experience worked in aged care in a rural area in NSW. I have experience and knowledge in palliative care also. Prior to my nursing career I worked as care assistant in the community often doing sits and over night stay with patients. I really enjoyed this and I love spending time with the elderly community. My skills included tracheostomies, peg feeding, medication administration, personal care and hygiene, mobility.
