My patient and sympathetic personality is really what makes me the great carer i am, every morning i get up im always ready for a challenge. As i can relate to residents problems with empathy and sympathy I can take what ive learnt and help understand not only residents but team members also as they are vital part of this job I have experience in all areas related to a personal carer around a facility including infection control, hygiene, bed making, washing, bathing, feeding, use of personal protection equipment, ACFI assessments, dementia, general cleanliness I have knowledge with the stand up machine aswell as the hoist lift. Ive volunteered multiple aged care facilities in Melbourne VIC and im excited to join your team and use my knowledge to help the team and residence to what ever they need.
