I competed a certificate 3 In Individual Support (Ageing) this year, 2019, through TAFE. I work for MBC Nursing Agency as a Care Support Worker in Community Care and Residential Aged Care facilities. I am also currently working as an Independently hired Casual Support Worker with a young lady with Autism. I can work only casually, no more than 30hrs a week as I have to take shifts with my other work. I will all at all times respect a clients and families privacy and independence.
