Certificate 3 disability I have been described as Sensitive, caring, listening, empathetic, honest, gentle, humorous, motivational, honest, trusting, encouraging, kind and thoughtful..... I'd also like to think that a person I care for will be treated with dignity and understanding, how I believe it should always be! And trust to find anyone who else is employed in the same situation along side me, will be doing the same!.
