I took care of the everyday personal needs of the patient 24/7 for two years; I was responsible for patient nightly baths, helped her get dressed and undressed; I helped with all household chores and up keep as needed; I helped exercise with patient to help regain mobility and stamina; I served patient regular balanced meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
