I have had 10 years experience, with disability support, dementia and mental illness. I have a caring and patient personality, which is typical of my cultural background. I am reliable, well organised, punctual and a team player, however I’m able to work on my own initiative. I am comfortable working on one-on-one situations with people of varying levels of disability and all ages . I have supported clients to live an independent life style, and supporting them to participate in their local community. I have aided people of disability with their day to day task, starting with morning personal hygiene, medication, and meal preparation. I have also just been a companion, for dementia patients.
