I am a hardworking, enthusiastic and motivated individual that is passionate in performing well in my role. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills. I have a great work ethic and I take pride in my ability to be a quick learner. My desire to help others as well as furthering my own skills and knowledge means that, I am always improving and bettering myself and I feel this is an asset I would bring to any role I undertake. I can work successfully as a part of a team or individually. I completed my studies in Individual Support in late 2017, since then I have been working full time. My family and I have recently moved to Bendigo and have now settled into everyday life here. I am finding myself missing my residents and am ready to start caring after new residents and ensuring they get the best quality of life care they can.
