Hello! I'm Frida from Norway, and here is rather short brief of my working experience, and the skills I have gotten through it. For the last 4 years I have been working in an elderly home, and with home care of elderly and handicapped grown ups/children. I have also been a house help/cleaner for elderly. I'm a certified personal trainer so have beside my carer job been working at a gym in my hometown. Through my work experiences, I have learned a lot about health care and working with people, both elderly and handicapped. I found out that I in general love working with people! And that it require skills like patience, care for others, flexibility and good social skills. Right now I work as an Au pair, taking care of two amazing children, having a lot of time of I would love to do some extra work! Despite my age, I would say I have good experience in terms of taking care of others. It would be no problem getting you in touch with my boss back in Norway for references! And I’m also up for a meet and greet so we can tell if it’s the right match:) Speaking and understanding English is also no problem! I’m available to work 9.30 am-2.30 pm Monday-Thursday, and all day Friday-Sunday.
