Hi I am Harry, I am 20 and I have lived in Colwyn bay all my life. I have two brothers and a sister now aged 17, 14 & 13. I am an experienced babysitter with many local families. I love nature from rock climbing and water sports to having had many pets. I enjoy being active and sporty but as an older brother I am highly responsible, I am also very at home with crafts and games. I became a big brother when i was 3 and have been babysitting formally since I was 14. I am a qualified climbing instructor and coach and have been training children from ages 5 to 18 years since I was 15. I understand the importance of rules and boundaries and just as importantly I can explain them and their reasons to children who want to go further than they are allowed. I have experience working with children with additional needs. I currently work with Conwy monkeys climbing club, which is a specialist climbing group for disabled and autistic children. This has enabled me to learn more about autism and the challenges it can have, such as venting feelings and communicating with non-verbal children. The skills I have learnt from this have made me a better and more understanding childcare professional.
