About
Start your child’s day off with joy with Noe’s Garden Magical Outdoor Music Class! Each class features sing-along, play-along songs, movement, our magical Celtic harp, and a puppet show! Our class meets in Noe's actual garden, in a serene home overlooking the sea and surrounding mountains. (On a clear day, you might even see a whale!)
Warm people, timeless folk songs, and our gorgeous outdoor setting make this an experience the whole family will enjoy.
Special features of this location:
- We serve free homemade muffins and tea
- After class, your child can meet some real live chickens!
COVID SAFETY:
Classes are outdoors and unmasked. (Though of course you can wear one if you want!) I bring an enormous picnic blanket for everyone to sit on. If you'd like a little more distance, please bring your own waterproof blanket. That way you can position yourself as feels best to you. Your safety is our priority!
WHAT TO BRING:
PICNIC BLANKET - If you need to ensure max possible social distancing, then please bring your own picnic blanket (ideally waterproof) so you can sit comfortably on the grass. Waterproof shoes are also a good idea.
INSTRUMENTS - For some musical activities, we use small percussion instruments. I am happy to provide instruments for you to use.
However, if you prefer to use your own instruments, you can bring your own set. The play-along instruments we use in class may be purchased here in our online shop.

HOW TO JOIN US
Your first class with us is free with code SEALLOVE. Thanks for trying out Noe's Garden!
After your first class, we offer three ways to register:
1) Purchase the FULL SESSION. Our most affordable option, prorated based on when you join us. (If you need to miss, makeups are easily available at any of our other locations, in person or online.
2) Purchase a CLASS PACK. Pre-purchase five classes at a discounted rate, and use them any time. (Please note - class pack purchase does not include instruments.)

MAKEUP POLICY
ILLNESS
If you or your child is showing any symptoms of illness not related to a pre-existing condition, you must keep them home. In the event that you do need to miss class for this or any reason, you may do a makeup on the time / day of your choosing, either online or in person.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
CANCELATION POLICY:
In the event that external conditions (such as rain or wildfire smoke) prohibit meeting outdoors, we will instead meet indoors. Our indoor meeting location is a spacious living room, with excellent ventilation and a high quality air purifier running.
In the event that we need to meet indoors, all grown ups will be required to take a COVID test. You may provide your own, or we can provide one for a fee of $6.
For rain, we make the call at 8:00 AM, going by the weather forecast at weather.com. The way it works is this - if rain is forecast to start at any time between the hours of 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM on a class day, we enact our rain plan.
In the case of wildfire smoke, we follow the same AQI protocol as the public school system. We use PurpleAir, and we cancel if the AQI is in the category of moderate or higher.
Please check your email at 8 AM before leaving for class to be sure that you hear about any such changes due to environmental conditions. You’ll receive the link for the alternate Zoom class in your email, along with notification of the change.
PLEASE NOTE - The indoor class will be our way to hold makeups in the case of environmentally necessitated changes. If you know that that format isn't going to work for your family in the event of a cancelation, then please take advantage of our drop in option and wait to make your reservation until you know the weather is clear.
If you wait to make your reservation until 8 AM or later on the morning of class, you'll know we're on for outdoors!
