Join us with your little ones for an interactive tummy time class! This session will not only give you and your baby bonding time, but it will also give baby an opportunity to spend dedicated time on their bellies while exploring various activities committed to building their sensory and motor skills. It's also the perfect opportunity to meet other parents that have babies too!

Why is tummy time important? When your baby spends time on their belly versus the back, it helps to promote development and motor skills such as extending arms, neck and back, grasping and moving objects from one hand to another but most importantly, it prepares them for crawling! Tummy time has also been said to be a helpful preventative measure of torticollis and plagiocephaly. Tummy time is recommended everyday until babies are at least 6 months old or sitting up on their own.

GIGIL is so excited to introduce our wide range of activities during the tummy time class to not only strengthen your babies major and minor motor skills but their sensory development as well while keeping them engaged through exploring! We'll help you baby come to love tummy time! We hope to see you and your little ones there!
