This 2-hour workshop will focus on taking your trapeze skills off the bar and into the ropes. We'll use the full potential of this dynamic aerial apparatus by learning tricks and sequences that use all parts of the trapeze. We'll twist, turn, and wind ourselves up in the trapeze in a fun workshop setting!
Workshop participants should have prior trapeze experience and should be comfortable holding their body weight in the air, tucking and straddling up in the ropes, doing pullovers, and have some prior experience with trapeze tricks in the ropes.
