Mrs. Swift is also an entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Youth Elevation Station and Young Elevated Sisters (formerly known as Young Ladies of F.A.I.T.H), where she encourages, empowers, and elevates young girls through her teaching and mentoring practices.
For the past 10 years, Chikiya devoted her time in inner-city schools. In addition to teaching, she volunteered with the Young Ladies of Unity mentoring group, presented at the 1st & 4th Annual For Girls Only Conference, spear-headed a Father-Daughter & Mother-Son Dance, and volunteers with the local youth football and basketball organizations.
Mrs. S. is a highly qualified and certified, Georgia educator that earned her Bachelor's degree in Education from Union Institute & University, received her Master's and Specialist's degree from Nova Southeastern University, and is currently working on her Doctorate degree also from Nova Southeastern University. Mrs. S.'s mantra is to Activate, Educate, and Elevate the minds and hearts of our youth.
