Your Choice SEnior Care is the number one Home health Care Agency in Alabama to work for. I been with the company in Birmingham for 5 1/2 years and I wouldn't trade them for nothing in the world. The owner is a very kind person. He will go over and beyond to make sure the clients needs are met... I love them like family

Caregivers change frequently. There is constant miscommunication between The business office and the caregivers.Some caregivers were completely inadequate and/or irresponsible. And sometimes caregivers didn't even show up. The caregivers only get paid 7.50 an hour it reflects in their attitude. The client pays 16 an hour. I can't prove it but I feel like I have been overcharged on several occasions. Extremely unhappy with this company.

We are very pleased with this provider too! The owner is committed to ensuring that the person needing care is happy and that the caregiver is a good fit for him/her. The owner also takes care of scheduling needs in a very timely manner. I don't have to worry because I know my father is being taken care of with this provider.

We have been very pleased with this provider. The owner is very involved in daily operations and follows up to make sure things are going well. We couldn't be happier with the caregiver they placed with us.
