This is the worst cleaning service we have ever used. We scheduled this appointment about 1 week in advance of the cleaning and were asked to provide a credit card to hold the appointment. We did so, thinking this was typical for reserving an appointment time. Scheduled for June 8. We are military on orders leaving the area so we had our neighbor check in an report back. See pictures below for their service after the first time they came. They left the oven racks off, did not sweep or mop the kitchen, did not dust the cobwebs, or wipe the dust off the doors. We reached out to the owner - to his credit who replies promptly - and he advised his "good" cleaning lady was out due to an unforseen circumstance, and he would send someone else out. Well the people he sent out the next time - were on their first day, and did not clean to satisfaction either. We contacted the owner again and he sent someone else out. Our neighbor found that one of our mini blinds was laying on the ground - and the people took the check on the counter for the carpet cleaning (not made out to their company) When we reached out to the owner to ask him to return the check, again we are no longer in the area and made all of our necessary arrangements) he would not do it.

The WORST part - is on July 6 our card was charged $239 - without our CONSENT. we never received a bill, a phone call or anything.

We have asked to owner to return our money and we will pay him with what we think his services are worth- and he is not.

i would NEVER EVER recommend this company and do yourself a favor and find someone else.
