Did not show up for a regularly scheduled cleaning. Called me at 8:30pm and told me she forgot I was on the schedule and asked to reschedule for the next day. I agreed for 2pm. She never showed, never called, sent no email. Never heard from her again.

After cleaning my floors for two months every other week, living room, dining room, laundry room, study and kitchen, I asked her to flip back the rugs and vacuum. She did the floors, but not the back side of the rugs. She's young, energetic, respectful, polite. Brings different people with her each time. She is reasonable in price; does not clean with the caliber of what I consider professional, but she accepts instruction/suggestions willingly.
