The two workers did a great job! I had no problem presenting to my landlord the unit after I moved out. I got my full deposit back with no complaints about the state of cleanliness. He even asked if I "ever cooked"! (And I can point out I do cook a lot, and the night before, there was a thick layer of grease I couldn't scratch, let alone use regular soap for.)
I was in the suite during the cleaning, and the door and window were open, but even then, the smells were calm, not intense or chemical.
Overall, great job and worth the money spent.

Started using Yacky's cleaning for a few months now and they've been fantastic. I've gone through several cleaning companies and they are by far the most professional, timely, and competitively priced. Their cleaners are thorough and you can tell they've been trained well and take their work seriously. Would recommend them without hesitation.

They were on time, and did a great job. We were able to walk them through the house before they started to tell them the specific issues of each area, which was very nice. After they were finished we were able to walk through and make sure everything was perfect, and any places that needed extra cleaning they made sure to clean it again. All the maids were great, and the lead maid (Marleny is her name I believe) was excellent. They even cleaned up and organized some areas that we didn't even ask to have done. Will use them again for sure.

These ladies are the best, my friend recommended them to us and believe me I am forever grateful . We have been through so many cleaning companies and finally found someone very reliable. Ana came to our house on time, she actually got here 15 minutes early, and did an spectacular job. She made sure I liked how everything was before leaving, and asked if I needed anything else or if I need something done again. I would recommend them with certainty.

So grateful to have found Yacky & Lisbeth Cleaning! We had a deep cleaning from them and Ana did an excellent job. She was thorough, paid attention to details, on time, asked for feedback, and kind. The communication from the team has been great - I receive responses quickly and everything is easy to understand and clear. Strongly recommend!

I have used the cleaning services of this company several times, the manager is very responsive and professional. They send a team of two people every time and get the job done in an efficient manner. I like that the manager welcomes feedback and follows through if needed. The team wore masks the whole time and made me feel comfortable during Covid.

This company was amazing my wife called them and was able to schedule right away for the following day. They came to house and their cleaning was exceptionally! It's hard to find good cleaning services who you could trust in your home and they supersede our expectations. Definitely recommend this company and will be booking very soon.

I was really looking forward to an initial cleaning with this company. Our first phone call was good. Yacky explained to me everything I could expect with an initial deep cleaning. I quickly booked a cleaning service with her for that week. They showed up on time. When the service was done, we paid and the 2 ladies left. They did not offer a walk through. My husband and I began to look around the house when we noticed they did not wipe down our kitchen, or cabinets as promised by Yacky. We have a coffee machine and when we moved it over we noticed they had not cleaned. They wiped down parts of my fridge but when I moved bottles around I noticed they did not thoroughly clean the fridge. Yacky had told us they had special vacuums to clean our baseboards but they were full of dust, along with the window sills, all dusty. Our shower door (glass) was wiped but the walls in the shower were not. We let her know right away and she offered to have the ladies come back after cleaning another apartment but that was not convenient for us. We agreed they would come on the Monday after but never communicated nor agreed on what time. At 6pm on that monday I get a text saying they were on their way, I checked the cameras and they were already at our front door. I was very disappointed because the services offered were not rendered. And the lack of communication didnt help either. Also, they added water to our small fish glass, which we did not ask for and our fish died the next day. We had the water low for a reason because our fish could not swim to the top, so theres that.

The young lady Jackie was very pleasant and helpful when I called to book the appointment. She listened to everything we requested. Then they sent Claudia out to do the cleaning and she was absolutely amazing. My parents house needed a DEEP DEEP cleaning and she did a complete Make Over of the house! It was beautiful. We thanked her for all her work and requested her on a monthly basis! I am happy to say we have found a reliable cleaning service for my parents since we do not live close to them.

I have used this company twice for a deep clean of a rental unit, as well as a cleaning of my home. I had a good experience with both sets of cleaners that were sent. They did a thorough job and were very professional on both occasions. I will definitely book again in the future.

"I'm in love w my Yakkis Cleaning. Specifically my super clean fridge and oven!!! And floors and bathrooms. And the clean beds and windows! Love love love it! I trust this team, been using them for 18 months and they are consistent and always listen when I ask for extra or attention on details. With COVID we r so thankful to have the sanitary handles, light switches and doors"

Wonderful. They did a deep cleaning in my pet friendly home. They went over the top! Windows indoor and out. Kind, courteous , wore masks the whole time. Excellent . We will have them back

Not only was the initial communication and setting up very easy but the best part of course was the work done. We had Claudia and Delmis come to our home and we could not be happier. Very little instruction had to be given to them, they jumped right in and got the job done. Worked without any breaks (until I HAD to offer them one) So happy!

Do not book with this company. I booked a cleaning for today and confirmed 4 times that three people would be coming. The quote they provided was for three people which was understandably more than quotes I got for two people. Two people showed up and I asked if the third person was running behind. They said no only 2 people were booked. I called the number of the business and no one answered. They contacted me via text before so I texted letting them know only two people showed up and asked them to call me. Instead of calling me, they called one of the ladies at my house. The boss on the phone refused to speak to me even though I didn't ask to speak with them and said if you want three people they'll have to come next week. I said I didn't have availability next week since I took the day off to be home for today's cleaning. I said I would happily pay for two people but the quote I agreed to was for three people so I'd like it to be adjusted. At that point they packed up their stuff and started walking out of my house. I asked who I could speak to and if anyone would be contacting me and all they said was "I don't know" and walked out of my front door. I still have yet to hear from the company. Do not waste your time, they will not provide the services you are requesting.
