Welcome! My name is Tonya Cossie-White, and I am very passionate about health, nutrition and overall wellness. I work with individuals, families, businesses, schools, and several organizations in the Houston Metropolitan and surrounding areas, as well asvirtually with those in different states to promote wellness. I have a strong desire to meet my clients where they are at in their current health and educate them on simple, effective ways they can live healthier, happier lives. I was inspired to learn more... I became interested in health and nutrition several years ago after dealing with some of my own health issues. I decided then that it was time for me to do a mindset change and take control of my health and my families! During my time at the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, I began to realize why Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition are really important factors that we should incorporate in our day to day. I am excited to share these life-changing skills with you! Along with my health coaching certification and also teach group fitness.
