My mother had her house cleaned and she had to ask the lady to dust the ceiling fans and to wipe down the vanity In The bathroom. Nothing was moved- just simply wiped around. The furniture wasn't moved to sweep underneath. The lady asked my mom if she needed to clean the other bedrooms in the house. This is not the "quality" of cleaning that you claim to offer. When my mother spoke with the manager she was basically told that she was asking them to do things that weren't in their normal cleaning services. Maybe I'm wrong, but sweeping, mopping, dusting thoroughly should be part of a normal cleaning. Be cautious if you choose to use this company. My mom was ripped off and nothing was remedied after speaking with the manager. My mother spent 3 hours re-cleaning the mess that this company left behind.
