I received a quote from this company to clean my parents house. I pre-paid and they were scheduled for April 16. They had the wrong address, but assured me they were coming stating, "Thank you we are on our way! And we promise you won't be dissatisfied we were just headed the wrong way sorry."

Two hours later, I received an email that read, "With the Harrisburg address they where there and we have already did 2 projects and we do not want to come there and slack. I do not know how the address got mixed up I'm Completely embarrassed because this has never happened. I sincerely apologies and I will do the first project free of charge I do not care about money I sincerely made a mistake and I want to be honest. Please let us know if we can services tour first services free of charge and if you paid I will refund you and still schedule you. I am a very fair person. I just made a honest mistake and I am sincerely apologies."

Then, another email that said, "I just want to be able to give you guys my all and honesty that mistake threw me off we are on the way back to the office gps says 1 hour and 55mins I can email. You once I check the schedule and I will dedicate a whole day to your family due to this situation today. I sincerely apologies I will email. You in about 2 hours please forgive me as I truly made a mistake and it just threw me off and I want to give you my best. I know things happen but I am more upset at myself for not paying attention because I was extremely excited to show my work today."

Against my better judgment, I allowed them re-schedule the visit, which was to take place on April 24th. They did not arrive again. We emailed and left a voicemail. No return message. Instead, I received a refund. Zero communication.

I do NOT recommend this company for anything related to your cleaning needs, especially for your loved ones. Because of their lack of professionalism, my husband and I - and my brother - had to overthrow our weekend not once, but twice. Extremely unreliable.
