The staff are very well trained and I love how the Care Manager always brings them to the house to introduce new staff. It is nice not having strangers just walk in and ask what to do.

Visiting Angels has been assisting me for 8 months. I am so blessed to have found them. I never imagined how much of a difference they could make in my life. Taking me to Doctors visits, grocery shopping, making meals for me when I can not make my own. Their staff are amazing, caring and always on time and ready to help. I was so impressed that I referred a family member to them and they are as happy as I am.

I was very disappointed that I was told our person could not start because of the death of her father. This may sound horrible but wait a minute. Had I been told they couldn't start for a week that would have been fine without any explanation at all. When the angel arrived for their first day I expressed my condolences on the loss of their loved one. I said, "I was so sorry to hear about the loss of your father." The girl looked at me as though I had two heads and said, "My father died a year and a half ago...but thank you." I was shocked! Then on the next day she was a no call-no show. I'm the owner of a business myself so I do understand the difficulty of having dependable help. Neither situation put my parents in harms way because I'm lucky enough to be close by. I wasn't going to go for strike three in such a short time.
