My mother received personal care from a Visiting Angel for 9 days after her release from a three-plus week stay at a nursing home. The owner of Visiting Angels met with my mother and I prior to her release and took down detailed info about my mother. She then selected a Visiting Angel that was perfectly suited for my mother who wants to be independent but needed outside help. The Visiting Angel assisted with Mom's personal needs and did errands, even driving to pick up prescriptions. Since I do not live near my mother, it gave me great peace of mind to know that she was so well cared for.

I tried to obtain information for non-medical care for my parents and the lady that I spoke to was extremely rude. She refused to give me any information over the phone. I would never use this company to provide services to my parents.
