This company is not as it seems. The staff is not trained in caring for people with any type of physical impairments. The staff is not chosen for education , experience or any type of certification or licensing in any form of medical or even basic care. The Home Service staff are chosen based on whether they have a car and driver license. The Manor staff who care for independent and residents in assisted living are worse. If the staff even shows any knowledge in health care they will not be there long. I have seen with my own eyes a very knowledgeable care giver whom my mother was very fond of just no longer there anymore and the staff that was left told myself and other relatives of residents that the Aide I was asking about made the owners mad because she was too smart , tried to tell them areas to fix and when they asked the Aides opinion they did not like what she had to say so they got rid of that Aide. This place needs looked into by the State or someone . There is something very wrong with a facility that does not want educated, capable people working in it.
