Having served over 800 individuals is just one of Victory's milestones since 1998. Victory Support Services is a Provider of Medicaid Home and Community Based Services and License Home Care Agency services for people who are not capable of self preservation without assistance that are living with physical disabilities and/or developmental disability and special needs who require extensive personal assistance and/or respite care services. Victory's direct care staff have submitted to criminal and child abuse background checks and health screening for prior to employment and have under gone extensive training and have past state recognized competency test in home care services which include but not limited to: Personal Care, Alzheimer's and Dementia Care, Infection Control, Safety, Transporting, Assistance with Medication and Pain, Independence & Confidentiality, End-of-Life Care, Nutrition and host of ADL's/IADL services.
Whether you are transitioning out of a nursing home or you wish to remain in your home, Victory's staff will work closely with you to enroll and coordinate resources you need to secure your home care and community support services with our agency.

Victory can also direct you to resources for wheelchair transportation services, home delivery of pharmacy and healthcare supplies and equipment, doctor and nurses home visits and accessible rental units in shared housing community.
