My mother Mary passed away on May 24, 2018 4 days after my son passed. Two burials is the hardest to endure. VMS aka Haven nurses had to deal with the family during this sad events. Our emotions they understood and patience was their first priority. I thank them for caring for my mother in time of crucial need. We realized we were blessed with such kind and caring nurses to the end of my mother's life. Especially to Martina who came miles away from home just to be there for my mother. Thank you to Kathleen, and to Roberta from Manyfarms. Thank you to the nurses I never really got to know. But they tolerated the lack of running water and electricity. Sincerely, Vernette Thomas from Old Oraibi, Az

Was overcharged about $350 while in hospital and NOT using services. They were unable to credit, so said they would just not charge for future services until credit was taken care of. They haven't fixed it yet and keep riight on charging.
