If you are looking for reliabilty, dependabilty and honesty DO NOT contact this agent for assistance.You never know when the Aides are going to come. Sometimes you get 1/2 hour notice prior to scheduled times.You are asked to furnish items for Aides to use. Victoria is unprofessonal when issues arises.
