I hired this company to clean my two Short term rental rooms. They assured me they would have someone to start immediately and they guaranteed it. They did not deliver and could not ensure that they would even find a cleaner willing to do cleanings in South Palm Beach County. I truly thought this company would be the answer to my problems after another cleaning company did not show up to clean the units previously, but instead I dug myself into a deeper hole by hiring them. I had to find another cleaning company immediately. Please do not oversell/promise your services before you have the client sign a contract.
