NOT A GOOD PLACE TO WORK!! After working there for a year and a half and building a strong and good relationship with the clients I got a promotion to office manager and then found out that I was the only employee of the six that were actually paying taxes thru a 1099. The others were being paid cash under the table off the books and after I found out I decided to find a different and better job because I didn't want any involvement in defrauding the IRS. I gave proper notice and then Agata tried to convince me to stay with talks of a raise, then after declining the offer she got so mad that she refused to pay me a month and a half's commission and my vacation days that she still owed me for as well. She then proceeded to threaten me because I was declining her offer and I said I was still moving on to my new job. If anyone is considering working for this company, I would think twice and make sure you know what you're getting yourself into. I hope this helps someone not get screwed over by Agata like I did...
