We have two beautiful dogs who are like our babies. We research everyone before we take our babies anywhere. Perhaps this was an off day at Cayucos Unleashed, but I was very displeased with the service. I give this Cayucos Unleashed a one star today. We took our time to read all of the wonderful reviews about unleashed; The wonderful attention to pets, the customer service of kindness, etc. However, we came in To get have both of our babies nails trimmed. They opened the door as if they were in such a hurry, they did not take the time (or even a minute) to say hello how are you two this morning. No one introduced themselves. More surprisingly, they did not even take two seconds to call our babies by their names or to say hello - they just took them back trimmed their nails and brought them out, with never once with taking a moment to look them in the eye and say hello. Our dogs were more of a number than an individual. Lastly, the reason for the one star is that we told them that are older dog has arthritis and to be very careful. There was not one thing done differently as we watched them trim her nails as opposed to our other dogs nails. Kindness is everything these days. Good customer service and efficiency are also extremely important. The efficiency was there, but not the kindness nor the customer service. I will not be returning a second time, as it only takes once to feel Like you are not an important customer. I realize everyone is busy, but all employees must take each client and treat them kindly.
