Ultimate Grace LLC is an elderly life management and companion care service in Rochester, NY. Our team is focused on making every aspect of a senior's life better, while also improving the lives of their children and families.
Our professional caregivers provide loving companionship while helping manage medications and health care appointments, planning and preparing meals, doing the laundry and making sure the environment is clean and safe. Elder care is a calling, not just another job, and we provide professional development opportunities that expand our skills and knowledge.
We offer an array of boutique services that are personalized to meet the needs of our clients. The senior and their families take the lead and we just follow, providing as much or as little care as they need, from 24/7 to a simple 4-hour shift every morning. If they are in a nursing home or independent living center, we go there. If they are in their home, we go there.
We recently opened our own facilities:
- Ultimate Grace House is a two person, handicapped-accessible premium living space in Penfield. This facility is complete with a walk-in shower and other amenities that support safety, enrichment and autotomy. It's the perfect alternative to nursing homes and senior living facilities during the current Covid-19 crisis.
- Michael's Place is a privately-supported home for end-of-life care, a family-centered place that focuses solely on the needs of the dying and the family members walking with them during this difficult life transition. Supportive care services are provided by the home's paid staff as well as the hospice agency chosen by our guest. There is 24 hour personal care, supervision, and assistance "on site" at all times.
Both facilities are a place of refuge for seniors and the people that love and support them most. Because they are small and private, families are empowered to make their own decisions in collaboration with a care management expert. They can tailor-make a care plan for daily living and control visitor access to the homes as they choose.

Would not recommend for an elderly person. Inconsistent care and Michele constantly was changing caregivers as aids don't seem to stay with her company. Very disappointing experience for my mother who has Alzheimer's. I came home one day to find her aid sleeping with her head on my kitchen table. My mother needs 24 hour care and could have gotten hurt very badly. Other unacceptable situations happened so I let her go. When I did I received all kinds of bills for hours that were never worked. Very sad that the elderly are treated this way. I do not recommend

Very competent, caring and compassionate folks, every one of them in this line of work for all the right reasons. Always on time, always cheerful. We knew dad was in good hands and good company every day. Can't say enough good things about Michele and her team!

Michele has been taking care of my grandmother for almost 3 years now. She has been a blessing to our family. she helped us move my grandmother from North Carolina to Rochester and took care of everything. We are ever so thankful for her and her company Ultimate Grace LLC.

My mother has been in such great care ever since we contacted Ultimate Grace. This service is the type of service I'd want to get treated with. Ultimate Grace has made the last couple years of my mother's life exceptional because of the care she received. Her workers also are very compassionate and care and have heart and soul in what they do. Definitely will tell my friends with their loved elders about this outstanding company.

Michele was born to do this work and
is very compassionate. I've watched her build this business from the ground up and she truly IS the business. This company is a joke michele does not pay her workers the hours they have worked they dont keep a good staff for call ins so your client will go without care
