This service was recommended by the rental service to clean after I moved out. I have specific instructions that I thought everything could be thrown away, BUT, if they found something questionable to call me. I went to the house and they had thrown away or taken my deceased fathers tool box. To me, that is a questionable item. At first, they offered to pay for the item if it couldn't be found. Then, they changed their minds and wouldn't pay. I also believe I was overcharged by this group. Stay away!
